The strength of nurses constitutes the largest health care professionals and nurses are the one being very close to the patient population. With the increased recognition of the contribution given by the nurses to the health care society, there is a strong urge for the nurses to possess high potentials and improved leadership qualities. It shows the vital role played by the nurses in various health care settings. Keeping this in view, Sridevi College of Nursing was established in the academic year 2011-2012, by Sridevi Educational and Charitable Trust, with a strong motto of preparing Professional Nurses and Midwives to provide health care at primary, secondary and tertiary levels.

Sridevi College of Nursing is located in Krishnapuram Village, Ponneri, Thiruvallur District. Our college is connected by both train and road transport facilities. Sridevi College of Nursing is a co-educational institution.
